Any suggestions for a property management company on South Jordan, Utah that manages condos?

Hi, I'm planning to investment in a SFH or Multi-Family homes in Salt Lake City, Utah (or surrounding areas). 

Found this deal through the MLS, it was an extremely hot market this summer in Utah so I put $10K down in earnest money and $25K over the listing price.

Luckily we got in on the second phase of a development in a up and coming area in Bluffdale, UT.

Purchase price: $250,000 Cash invested: $14,000 This has been my first real estate investment that i purchased a couple years ago, still trying to figure out the next steps with the crazy Utah market!

I'm a new real estate investor living in the greater Ogden, UT area and would love to meet up with other investors in the area!

George, Utah, which is about an hour and a half from Vegas and a really hot market for vacation rentals. 

I'd love to know if there is anyone finding success with this strategy in Utah.
