Looking for investment opportunity in Salt Lake City, Utah

Hi, I'm planning to investment in a SFH or Multi-Family homes in Salt Lake City, Utah (or surrounding areas). I don't know too much about the city except there is Park City that I enjoy very much every winter. I am looking for an agent that can provide me guidance on what areas to invest in.
