This can be very beneficial for new b investors.Also, we would well come any body who would like to help other newbie investors achive there goals.

The governing bodies are working a lot slower than I would prefer but overall it is going well.

I like geographic names, or street names, or street intersections like Main and Fifth LLC,  Names of Rivers, Streams, bodies of Water,  One time I used the name of a tributary of the Rhine River. 

There are so few audited that it's been hard to develop a good body of case law.  

Long story short the bank pulled out despite the HCAD (houston city tax body) website valuing the land at just 160k less than the buy price on the property.
