Looking For Wholesalers in the Tampa Bay Area
Hi,
I am a flip investor who is looking for wholesalers to work with in the greater Tampa Bay Area. Does any body have any recommendations? We work Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, and Manatee Counties and purchase any residential homes available. We have the funds to buy 5-8 properties at a time. We are familiar with assignment contracts as well as double closings. Thanks for the consideration
