Which zip codes should I tackle?

I sound like a scammer or a spam caller and I was hoping I could get some pointers.

Every list I get put on eventually just Turns into spam, at which point I unsubscribe, which doesn’t help you and it doesn’t help me.

The fact that you said you don't use comps tells me that you're not ready to tackle Baltimore.

Is this spam or legit, and what is everyone's thoughts on this?

Certainly people should start spamming BP members asking they want to sell their properties.
