Central West Florida flippers - what are you looking for?
I'm finally going all in a direct mail campaign, so I'm following the advice from a BP Blog & I'm going to ask: What are rehabbers in my area looking for? Which zip codes should I tackle? Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk City, Manatee. If you have experience in this area what list do you guys think I should tackle? (absentee, pre-foreclosure, probate) as always thank you for your feedback!
