You can't buy rentals for cash flow, not even with this soft market.

It’s the soft skills and business administration elements that often cause head aches, blind spots, and liability.

You certainly don't want to speak loudly but not so softly spoken that it's hard to communicate and your speech needs to be with confidence.Frankly, all of this is learned behavior (notwithstanding medical issues), so practice!

I think these "soft costs"  would make a short term AirBnB not profitable.   

You may also need to work with other agencies to provide soft sources of gap funding to make the project work.

I take my 18’ aluminum bass boat there to fish, but I go to Ouachita or Degray or Greer’s or Hamilton when we want to get the big boat out and meet up with friends to swim, drink, eat on the lake.
