There is an issue to be aware of when living abroad without a USA paid cell service.

You should all but exclusively be using closed cell expanding foam, for several reasons the biggest being the air leaks/gaps galore in a home of this type and that nothing can come even close to resolving that even half as good as closed cell expanding foam can. 

We were in the right.So, next thing we hear from our broker is that the seller says the deal is off and in his words; "Tim Ryan and Rod (last name intentionally removed for the story) may NEVER buy this property from myself or my family".It was pretty interesting how he seemed to be so mad at us and all we wanted is to know that he'd be willing to sell to us before we share all of our financials.We laughed it off and decided no deal is so important to get this worked up over.A couple months later I get a call from my same broker and he tells me that apparently the seller was dying from cancer and in fact has now deceased. 

The ones I like the most are those on App Stores which you can download to your cell phone, so I can use it at home and also on the field.These apps usually start free with some basic functions, and if you like it and want more functions, you can pay certain amount to upgrade (I paid 20 and I think it is worth it). 

We donate rental dates to church activities, cancer fund raisers and local sports we also do not rent to anyone again that the neighbor shares issues about.

@Jordan Lucas if you invested about 300,000 into cell tower and infrastructure REIT’s back in 2002 you’d have about 100M not including dividends.
