@Greg Stetz

We as a note investor were in foreclosure with a borrower who was deceased. The borrower showed up in court for the court hearing

We were not in attendance but when the attorney mentioned this I reminded him the borrower was dead. Needless to say my attorney was not very competent in this case and we went back to the court and the individual who showed up was the borrowers son who was a junior.
