There has been talk of that changing a bit, but there's really no way to know for sure as the IRS (for good reason) doesn't publish their audit algorithm data anywhere.Also, before you start saying anything about a statute of limitations, if you commit fraud/evasion on a tax return, the statute of limitations is unlimited.
