Like BP podcast said you have to know what you are asking for and vocabulary in order to let the agents know you are an investor. i asked the active agent for NOI and taxes. these are basic info. she asked me on email are you an agent?

There are so many out there that are luckily have adapted to be more user friendly and you can understand the lingo without having to be have CPA vocabulary.
