Good real estate investing book for beginners

I am just starting out with my interest in real estate. I am intrigued by investing in single family homes, multi family homes, and hopefully eventually apartment complexes. I am also intrigued in flipping homes. For the time being, I have no financial means of investing as I am just a paralegal student that does valet as my part time job while I go to school. Right now, I would just like to gain as much knowledge as I can as I do not know ANY of the vocabulary or even general process of the real estate process. What would be a good informative book for an absolute beginner that just wants to become familiar with the real estate lingo and process of buying real estate with the purpose of renting it out or flipping it.
