bookkeeping advice please

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone have any advice on good bookkeeping software for rental properties? We currently use quick books and while it's a good software there has to be something better out there for rental properties. We currently have five rentals and I am starting to have a difficult time keeping track of them. Has anyone used Buildium?

I use Rentec Direct for my 14 doors. It's $15.00 a month and covers all my needs.
