Yes we replace the cheapies once a month in the apartment building.if the tenant has asthma or allergies and needs the better filters then they have to buy them.The thicker filters are fine but have to be replaced more frequently than recommended.I have highest rating in my home for filtrete filters.Recommended says every 3 months but I change every 6 to 8 weeks otherwise it starts drawing to much power and cutting air flow from catching all the particles.

It works well in scenarios where you have a flat, level surface that is perfectly clean, or when you can easily create one.You should probably use the thicker ones (~$1 per tile) because the thin ones will scrape or tear really, really easily.

Thicker paints require more power and will put much more wear and tear on the unit.As far as interiors, I only spray ceilings now when we are going to do all of them at once, even with that we always have someone come directly behind backrolling which stops any striping.

Their files are a little thicker with annual inspections I don't have to attend and financial determinations but no biggie.
