Have a contract on a 10,000 sq ft (main floor) commercial office building with a mix of tenants such as dentists, massage therapists, insurance agent, and real estate company.

AND she is a Psycho therapist / expert!!

broaden the marketing a bit...occupational therapists, physical therapists, resperatory specialists and on and on...they have outsourced all these formerly doctor functions to specific professionals now, and like traveling nurses they are often young, getting paid well and love to travel.

I am currently a physical therapist in Indianapolis and looking to start into real estate.

Almost like a therapist, a good mediator can really help people come to terms because they help take some of the emotion out of conflict.

Finding the right agent is kinda like finding the right therapist...sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right fit for you;) If you find one that works hard for you and gets what it is how you operate...hold on to them!

All day I think about it as I work as a physical therapist .

It's also more fun and energizing to work with someone who demonstrates a passion for what they do.  

So I have been a Physical therapist for over 5 years and I don’t have the same passion and drive for it as I used to.
