So I have been a Physical therapist for over 5 years and I don’t have the same passion and drive for it as I used to. The pay is low and I am stuck inside all day long. Ever since I became aware of bigger pockets 10 months ago and investing in short and long term rentals I have been hooked and it’s all I want to do. I currently have one Airbnb in yucca valley that I really enjoy managing. What I am asking is that I want to be around real estate and homes and design and building all day because my passion is so high for it. Going to work is difficult feeling this way. Do I become a real estate agent? I don’t have any sales experience or anything. Do I become a property manager? Is there something else I am not saying that would be a good route for me? I feel deep down that I won’t be in physical therapy for much longer that’s how strong my inner feelings are to stop working there. Any help from you awesome people would be great! Also goals are to scale with multi family and eventually buy large apartment complexes
