AirBNB suspended account. due to a review - cancel all bookings

My account has been suspended after a review of a deranged women.. Our word against hers.. They took her word.. Cancelled all my existing guests.. blocked from further bookings while under "investigation".. Their Specialized team is working on this. In the meantime..these bookings.. from Finland, California, Alabama, Michigan.. from all over.. were not warned under such a short notice of this cancellation.. over the 4th of JULY holidays..They have their plane tickets etc.. and Airbnb punishes them!!!???

 I wrote individually to each guest told them they still had their room available.. 

What was in the minds of this SPECIALIZED TEAM of AIRBNB?   I am just shocked at their way of handling this. This woman thinks something inappropriate was done to her! No proof.. nothing.. just her word. AND she is a Psycho therapist / expert!!   Who is to say that she has not done this before???  No one asks this!!

Just boom canceled!!! 

ANYONE has any advice on how to handle this.. please do.. I welcome it!  12 years working with AIRBNB.
I am just shocked at this treatment!!
