I use pro series for our tax software but that's only bc I'm a tax professional.

I personally choose to have a series LLC and umbrella policy.

We are 700k financed and currently in the process of raising a bridge round of 500k to get us to a Series A round of about 5 mil.

You could do a series LLC, which is the parent LLC owns the LLC that the property is under.  

We still have a strong balance sheet, but our income is way down due to a series of challenges.  

Jay Butler of www.assetprotectionservices.com has suggested a Nevada C corp to own my FL LLC, keep my existing FL LLC to make hard money loans, create another FL LLC to flip properties, and then a Nevada Series LLC to own long term rental properties.
