Hello Bigger Pocketers!

I'm fairly new to real estate investing and new to this forum. I have started my investment journey by investing in the Cleveland area and plan to expand from there. I live in San Diego. I'm looking forward to learning and growing with all of you. I'd love to connect with folks investing in San Diego or doing out of state investing.
