Be singular on your source of instruction or you will be taken off course when you start experiencing The 3 D's (Doubt, Disappointment and Distraction). 

The system is currently a fiat vote, where one person can cast as many votes for a singular individual as they want, so long as they can find a post by that person.

People have a tendency to look at the market from a singular perspective, while there is some merit to that, we as investors should focus on the individual property owners who have their own financial picture.
