Hey you can  always look at it like a marriage if it's broke you can fix it but if it's broken than replace it.

BUT, entering marriage with a brand new home that needs A LOT of work could put a strain on your relationship. 

They dont care, they just want to move them.It is kinda like commiting to marriage and casual dating.
