I guess integrity matters to me.

Hey guys and gals, we have been growing our fully integrated real estate company over the past few years.

This evaluation will determine if the property's foundation and structural integrity are sound.Insurance Assessment: Check if the property has insurance coverage for fire damage.

Plus it has a nice and easy direct booking website that integrates with Stripe and allows me to chat with guests.

They don't seem to have any integrity challenges exaggerating and even lying to gouge their clients.You should review your PMA to make sure it clearly spells out what they CAN and CANNOT do. 

This is what passes I guess.Anyone have ideas for better integration/workflow and/or rec.s for a CRM? 

Sure there are some without money the brokers and agent starting out that have integrity but odds generally better with those brokers and agents that do not need the money to survive.I just do not see someone saving up 5 or 10 million to invest and then having a computer spitting out a formula telling them what to do.

I was just trying to see if there was anything on the market thats simple to plug and play especially with offer templates designed and already integrated to send out as blind offers.For lead gen I do run an agency so generating buyer leads wont be an issue.

@Luca Giani We manage many properties in Warren, MI so it'd be to our benefit to "roast" a competitor to try to get your business.We've got more integrity than that though!

I have a Schlage Encode lock on 1 property, using Remotelock and integrated with OwnerRez for code purposes, etc. works great for over a year.just started a new property a month ago.
