I currently reside in New Jersey and have selected the South eastern Pennsylvania market as where i would like to begin my real estate investment endeavors for many reasons such as  real estate prices, tax rates in comparison to Jersey as well as proximity to my current job in the South eastern PA region.

I am hoping to continute learning about real estate investing using BP but to also network with other investors in the Raleigh and eastern North Carolina areas.

I own a condo in the Eastern Inn & Suites, so I go up occasionally (although I've been thinking about selling it lately).

Is there anyone who lives/invests on the Eastern Shore/Delmarva Peninsula that has insight into this market?

Bit longer hike is the Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland.  

Also letting me know what I should be aware of being in Eastern Connecticut.

Our south eastern folks rents are slowly creeping p and we are not huge appreciation markets.

for most of the meetups, groups, landlords and reia groups, we try to post them all (if they have a lot of members in our group or if their leaders are a part of our organization) on our calendarwww.MAREI.org - we only post a month at a time.WinVestors every wednesday at 9am so you can hit 2 more before the end of the year.MAREI meets on the 2nd Tuesday so the next meeting is in January.There is a Blue Springs Group I have heard of the Northland Group, but I don't know anyone with that group.There is a KCK Landlord Group, a Cass County Landlord Group, a JOCO Landlord Group and also a Eastern Jackson County REI Group that meets in Buckner.
