Hello, all!

I am a new member. located in scenic Okanogan, WA.  A bit removed from metropolitan areas.  Looking for advice on "long distance" investments, as the "local" market around here is inclusive of about a 300 mile radius in order to find inventory and deals...

Any thoughts or guidance?

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to learning from you wise experienced investors!

Welcome to BiggerPockets! Fellow Eastern WA resident here in Spokane. If you want to get an idea of the amazing unit of houses you're interested in around your area, head over to ListSource.com and just build a list for your town or county. It'll give you the counts of the properties you're looking for.

Good luck!
