There is simply not enough room on that card to explain who you are, show you are legit, show what deals you have done, how it works, answer their concerns.Everyone simply sees DMM completely wrong and again it is just because some company into printing mailers spread the word this crap works.Tell me, how do you figure sending mailers 4 times works?

I analyze the crap out of them.

THe market is tough at the moment, and folks are asking ridiculous (at least ridiculous in MY opinion) prices for utter crap!

Haha from scared to death purchasing 16k crap duplex and took evert amount of me an my wifes money to get had to literally do everything to get fixed and rented to 18th property in next month 3 years to spending 80k not thinking much of it.

It is a piece of crap 1960s condo on the bus route close to University of Texas with coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Looks like a working class area, probably good for rental property.Sure, you will find crap loads of major employers, lots of mills, plants, refineries, and so forth. 

They were supposed to have been given notice over a month ago and the place is still packed full of crap and the producer of the lovely cat urine smell was staring at me through the window when I stopped by.
