One thing I was thinking about is buying my first multifamily with $400K and then using the income from the property to beef up my existing income and then draw more out of my house.  

My beef with that was they didn't include his income, nor that of his wife in the DTI, just his debt.

Imagine that with chicken, beef, or how about food in general?

My beef is more about peoples credit scores that have been thrashed, along with the negatives on their credit, due to the economic policies they had no control over.

It is a by product of a successful business.
