Many times strange visitors to the property would knock the wrong doors and wake neighbors up in the middle of the night - my immediate neighbor has videos of that ..the cops have been here many many times..And the list goes on... 

Another ridiculous one was demanding that I repair the outer front door so it locks when it's never been locked in 25 years and locking it would prevent access to the mailboxes and intercom that are before the actual locked door for visitors postal workers and deliveries.

Hi Dmitry, I agree that Orlando Metro area is the best spot for STR as you get visitors year around.

Places like Myrtle Beach, Jackson Hole, and other tourist destinations have the catch of being nice places to visit aesthetically, filling a niche (beach, skiing) and are filled with local shops and a hospitality industry that can accommodate tons of visitors.

Hi David,Now they have curtains up, and are Class C--maybe they will stay for 15 years.Forever renters have to rent somewhere.Class C renters and their visitors tend to be hard on the units anyway.Drunken fist punched holes in the walls, broken things, knobs missing, screens missing (???)

They also can have visitors or children that aren't vaccinated.
