Not sure how to offer "fresh" items like milk or bakery muffins if I can't have them in a supply closet for the maids to put out after a cleaning...I am putting a Keurig in and planning to offer a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa pods and some shelf-stable half and half or creamers.

They can't help themselves when you have to say 'please look past the ladder and paint drops there in the closet, they won't be here later.' 

Find a closet and remove one from there to see what you have. 

Many tenants put up their own curtains immediately, and some even take down the blinds and put them in a closet.
