There are a lot of them but you want to make sure you have a 5 year warranty because exterior defects tend to take some time to manifest themselves.Also, it will be more costly if it's a rear fire-escape instead of the front facade of the building.

It’s very interesting and something I’d love to do more of for fun and profit.U have it correct  really depends on what the use of the land is going to be.. if its just log replant and wait for the next harvest you typically cut stumps as low as possible unless there is bad sweep or other defects down low although you can buck those out before being loaded and going to the mill..
