I'm looking for a recommended linoleum installation contractor in Salt Lake City Utah area.

I see a few with a Lawyer attached but can't get them to return a phone call.. coach me Fellow BP's I have been looking in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho... thoughts?? 

I looked into Austin near UT campus since it appears my son will be attending school there.

Hello members of bigger pockets, with an emphasis on those based in Cache County / Logan Utah area.I am currently a student at Utah State University studying Finance and have found an interest in real estate investing.

I was thinking about Utah area because my husband travels there for business every few months and it's my understanding that their laws benefit the landlord more than the tenant (better than Ca.).  

She just now sent me a text, saying she refuses to let anyone in, that she's checked with Utah state law and it's an invasion of her privacy to hold an open house while she lives there and that she'll contact police and an attorney if we go through with the open house.

I am interested in a duplex in Provo, UT.

I have some experience in Park City Utah which is also a huge ski town.

I am a new investor from Utah and I am looking to get cash out from my current home to get into real estate investments.
