In Utah, and looking at some Foreclosures.. what next?
So looking on foreclosures.com and seen a few ( very few ) SFR that I would be interested in doing a flip.. seems like most of them have a realtor attached to them that just tells me to submit an Offer.. Is that IT? I would like to know a little about the properties, but they all say they are REO properties.. so the realtor I am talking to must not be the REO realtor? I see a few with a Lawyer attached but can't get them to return a phone call.. coach me Fellow BP's I have been looking in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho... thoughts??
