I did a little research on Google and have come to the conclusion this is not the niche for me.

In conclusion don't lose money because if they want to move out they will not be considerate of you. 

Anyone looking at this photo is going to come to the conclusion that whoever does these repairs bandaids and doesn't do quality work.
