My wife and i have two duplexes and i recently noticed that every time a new tenant moves in and requests a tv service, the technician comes out, puts a new dish on the roof, runs all new wires to every room, and drills new holes through the hardwood floors in every room!

I was wasn't too worried but that location, but when we took possession tonight, and pulled back the carpet (Yay, Christmas in October, Oak hardwood throughout the entire house!!!)

There are brand new cabinets, appliances, water heater, HVAC, windows, custom concrete countertops, original hardwood floors, tile bathroom, tile kitchen backsplash, and huge backyard to let your imagination run wild, Just to name a few.

Just int/ext paint, refinish hardwood floors, kitchen upgrades w/ cabinets, countertop and appliances.Thank you....Steve K

Each house has hardwood floors throughout except in the kitchen and bathroom. 

Features: corian counter tops, hard wood maple cabinets, a 9" wide distressed pine plank flooring, 4/12 roof pitch, master bath with corner jacuzzi tub and separate shower, walk in closets, can lighting, open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, etc.

There was only hardwoods on the main level and not upstairs.  

House is livable but a few thousand could refinish the hardwood floors that currently sit under nasty vinyl.

BUT - the first floor of this house has some nice looking hardwood under the current carpet.

I am closing on a rental property at the end of this month that has hardwood floors throughout.
