Hardwood Floor Cleaning

I am closing on a rental property at the end of this month that has hardwood floors throughout. All of my other rentals and my primary residence have carpet throughout so I'm knowledgeable about carpet but not so much wood. It looks in above average condition but I would like to clean it before renting it out. Does anyone have any suggestions with regards to which products/techniques work best for cleaning? There is one area which may need refinished but I would like to try cleaning it first before going down that road. It is a rental so it does not have to be "showroom quality" but I do like my rentals looking nice before renting them out.

Thanks,

Scott
