Thanks a bunchMorganI have not heard of that company but those numbers are inline with many C-Class neighborhoods in greater North East Ohio area.My advice is to make sure that the company is a licensed brokerage & also tour the city to ensure that what you in full understanding of the look and feel of a C-Class neighborhood.
