Hey Everyone,

So I set up an open house tour with the agent. Provide him my interest in Real Estate Investing into Multi Family in the New York Capital Region. As a Rookie/Newbie I wanted to ask my bigger pockets community, what are some excellent questions to ask the realtor. What are some interest I should express to the agent, to insure the gain the communication, trust and relationship for future investing. In addition finding the first investment that interest me. Maybe is the do and don’t s , but I would love to hear from all member new and experienced what is the best approach to staring relationship with an agent or individual that is experienced in real estate investing.

Thanks Everyone … Kyle Nedd
