Hi All! I'm curious if anyone has any experience On Akron Ohio, or any knowledge they'd like to share? Looking into a turnkey company called Legacy Street, and like their philosophy and their properties, from what I have seen. They houses between $40k-$50k and then rent out for like $700-900 it seems.
