I know mine in Ohio is willing to do interest only payments with just a little proof of reduced income and will defer payments altogether if I end up having a tougher time.

You may find success in older units, but I would think newer stuff would be tougher to make work.

I have very similar goals as you (to travel and create steady passive income) I feel like now is a tougher market to get into real estate.

With all this said, is this a bubble, I think that's a little tougher to call.

Cash flow may've been their vehicle to get the properties which eventually appreciated, but, in and of itself, the cash flow alone is a tougher hill to climb.

I won’t say a bidding war will happen, but people will start buying houses again, and we will continue to see home prices rise as the competition gets a little tougher.

Some condos are going to be tougher to get into with a low down payment than others based on how their HOA is structured and how owners use their condos(investments, owner-occupied, etc.)

Welcome to BP @Colin LaRose I'm right here in your backyard and the property is definately very competitive and getting tougher and tougher to find "deals" and do flips but there is tons of great and helpful info here.

Margins are getting tougher as it’s harder to get the discounts on the buy side.

Took a long time however, I made it through the tough times and it only gets tougher as we grow.
