Hello!

My name is Stacy Manson, and I am getting into real estate to give me the freedom to travel the world. I was blessed as a kid growing up because my dad had rental properties for as long as I can remember. He also has let me help with a few flips. This background has given me a good perspective on the realities of real estate. Thankfully it has intrigued me not scared me away! 

I am interested in building a portfolio of rental homes to generate some cash flow. Mostly looking at single family homes or duplexes. However if the numbers make sense I am open to other options!

I am very excited to meet other investors in the Lincoln area and hope we can generate some good business in the near future!

Sounds like you have a good background and a way better start than I did. I have very similar goals as you (to travel and create steady passive income) I feel like now is a tougher market to get into real estate. Over the past couple of years I have seen so many people say they want to get into real estate investing but give up and they are never seen again. Stick with it, it take a lot of time and perseverance but it definitely bets working a 9-5 for 40+ years. I would highly recommend attend our local real estate investor meeting. It's the second Monday of every month from 7-9pm at Grata in the clock tower. There are many active investors there. Some people that haven't done a deal yet to guys who have done over 100 deals.
