The "lawsuit abuse" epidemic exists only in the mind of Republican politicians who always need something to scare you with.

I understand some people may have limitations, but there are many that don't and abuse of the system. 

He being the great guy that he is decided to call the landlord and blame his use on his fellow roommates(he might not have admitted to anything and just informed the landlord that we were all abusing illegal drugs, as I was not privy to any conversations).

In addition, I am able to collect the names of each person staying on my property in the digital contract as well which helps when guests abuse your number of people allowed rule.  

It reminds me of the sort-of-abusive, kind-of-deranged, Northeast Philly family portrayed in the movie, Silver Linings Playbook.

It seems like I take one step forward then fall, get hit by a bus, and begin at the starting line again.

If the owner is a liability, interferes with management or is verbally abusive.

This way, if the kids hang off the coat racks or someone abuses the towel holders, they may yank the hardware down, but it doesn't leave holes in the wall.

Hi @Daniel Gabler,If you're new, your first move should either be within a 2 hour drive of where you live/work, OR if out of state then within 30 minutes or so of blood relatives that you are in frequent contact with.Rules and GRMs and all that move the needle very little compared to the cost of an abusive/negligent OOS prop manager, an eviction, or anything similar to that.
