They seem to have an edge as they get all the heads up and probate stuff (questioning the morals/ethics... but those professions seem to be exempt from morals anyway) but I am working on this niche for sure.

So the moral of the story is that you need to perform your due diligence, have a plan, have enough qualified people to help you implement the plan, and realize that it will be just like opening up any other new business you might open.
