wholesaling advice needed.

Hello fellow Investors,

I recently obtained my real estate liscence here in Iowa. I am interested investing using wholesaling technique to get started.

I know I need to disclose I am a licensed agent and be upfront,  but what else should I do or not do to avoid getting in trouble.  Any suggestions for a good attorney or another investor that is knowledgeable in this subject is greatly appreciated as I am not sure if I need to use a standard REALTOR provided purchase agreement or another.

I would really appreciate you comments and suggestions as to how to proceed. I do not want to suffer from paralysis analysis but I also do not want to do something because of a rookie mistake that can come back to haunt me.

Thank you in advance..

Betty
