Hey guys, my name is Adam Valenta, I'm a senior at Temple High School! Although I have just started reading up on real estate investing, I feel like this is something that can lead me somewhere (financial freedom). While most of my friends are out partying, I'm most likely at home reading something that interest me, and that just happens to be real estate! I am eager to learn new things, I am very open-minded and prepared to take on the world of investing!

question 1) What are the best books to read on real estate investing? some that might have impacted you the greatest?

question 2) what course can I take to educate my self fully on real estate investing? (best bang for your buck). thanks for your time in reading this, I hope to learn a lot!
