There are 3 or 4 tractor trailer backends there, vehicles, an industrial ice cream machine, old snowmobiles, a couple boats.

Has a historical brand, used to be the cream of the crop but now it’s just absolute garbage.

Some of the things I've read elsewhere indicate the luster is gone from Reg A+ while accredited investors still get the cream of the crop Reg D offerings.Wow, even my dog doesn't whine as much as I am today.

Like in Norway I think ICE will no longer be offered in vehicles past 2022 or something like that..

During the inspection, the AC was found to be running poorly (12 degree temperature from outside to inside) and the unit apparently ices up.

The lot its self had problems also , it was on a hill so the driveway was steep, if their was an ice storm ,no way to get up it, the back yard was worse, on a hill so mowing was a pain, it had a row of shrubs that were out of control.5’ high X 4†wide X 40’ long . this acted as a retaining wall and took up at least 800 sf of the back yard ( and looked like hell) stockade fence ?
