Multi Family & Electric Vehicles
A fellow Coworker of mine wrote up this blog post at the company we both work at regarding who pays for the cost of power for electric vehicles in a multi family development. Interesting challenge that multi family dwellings will face in the next 10-15 years.
Who should pay and how?

@PJ Kolnik - Since EV is choice made by the tenant, the resource should be paid by them. I imagine technology will solve how to meter it to a specific tenant. Further along it may be common enough that it would be considered an amenity like a pool or a fitness center and the cost may be absorbed into the rent. I would not be surprised to see some kind of tax credit to incentivize owners to install the service.
