Older houses for electrical, see if it at least has breakers instead of fuses.With older houses, being outdated is normal, see if it looks like they took care of it.

It's their lease that dictates the move out date and the sale or non-sale of the property has nothing to do with when they have to move out, so why would you even inquire if they will stay until the sale?
