Recommendations for lead data on plexes

I know that there are a lot of companies that sell lead data. However, I also know that a lot of those companies sell lead data that is really old and is very poor quality. I'm looking for feedback on data sources that people have tried and what their experience has been. For what it's worth, I'm located in Utah and am most interested in data sources with Utah leads, though I'm not completely opposed to investing out of state.
