From my personal experience having grown up with parents who have owned real estate in the Bay Area since before I was born and now a landlord in the Bay Area myself, being a "low class" tenant has really nothing to do with your financial status, but rather one's personal ethics, morals, etc...Throughout the years my family has had tenants from all walks of life, from all cultures and financial backgrounds.  

Are there websites which make mortgage balance available for public consumption? 

We think there is a moral obligation for us to notify the tenants no matter what happens.

I'd really like to make an offer on this new property, with realtor B, but it puts me in a position where I feel morally wrong for doing so as I was also working with realtor A.

I think I need you to bring me deals if you can find $100k homes that will flip for 340k.Really though, I've had the same moral dilemma.

In addition to the moral issues, keeping your credit score intact and not being banned from purchases at a big store are good reasons to pay.I agree with the poster about asking for a discount for the hassle. 

He said we love you but we don't know you your tax returns and business are too complicated and by the time I go through all of this I could put the same time and energy and do a big loan to a big builder..Moral of the story I should have been asking him for 10 loans for 2 million then it might have been worth his time.

It also establishes an amount that is payed monthly into the Utilities fund to cover those utilities held in the landlords name.We provide the tenant with a copy of all bills for the utilities in our name so they have visibility into their consumption the same as they would if they held them in their own name.Every quarter (3-months) we reconcile the amount paid into the fund with the actual cost of the utilities consumed.
