Banks donot like to lend /refi on these though so if your strategy is bbrrrr then use an llc .Banks don’t like them because there’s no personal liability ( the owners are not even recorded as public record) the banks and ambulance chasers want a neck they can get their hands around ..once again :going back to why I use the protection and anonymity they offer over a single member llc .
