It was very well received.I'm sure you can find quotes for 5x as much, but unless there is something complex or technical about the replacement, it really shouldn't be that complicated of a job.I did forget about the demo -- taking out the existing posts. 

Of course we demoed all that anyway.  

I think Price Labs has demos and how-to videos, that you can watch and figure out what pricing strategy fits you and your area. 

All you get is what you can export/import via CSV file:(We use Propertyware, have experience with Buildium, and have played with Appfolio and RentManager.Buildium is for smaller companies.The other three are tied, the differences being how much automation & customization you want to do.If you don't see yourself growing beyond 150 units, go with Buildium.If you're not very techy and plan to grow over 150 units, we'd recommend Appfolio.If you're techy and plan to grow over 150 units, we'd recommend Propertyware or RentManager.Of course, schedule some demos, take GREAT notes, and then make your decision.FYI - there are MANY new options on the market, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Apartments.com, Hemlane, and Rentec.

Next time around we are going to hire someone to demo and tile.

Do the leg work, if its a flip do the labor that you can do like cleaning up the yard, maybe painting, demoing etc. 

It was a HUGE project as the home had a lot of unpermitted work done that we had to demo.

My plans are currently in with the city for review and expect to have demo and construction permits by April of this year.
